While I love our stroller and system in general, basket is not as good. We have owned many strollers and this has never happened. Fabric stretched out and not sturdy at all. As a result, carrying way less than recommend (we are talking a gallon of milk) results in holes. I checked installation and everything seemed ok. Fabric is just flimsy. No other brand (we had Nuna, Zoe, UPPAbaby) uses same fabric on the basket as it does on stroller itself. It needs some reinforcement.

We don't see this issue often, as we have gone to great lengths to source the strongest and lightest materials for all of our stroller fabrics. It is possible this is a one-off defect or something sharp snagged it. Regardless, we stand by our product and our customers, and we're happy to accommodate you.

I have the full travel system and got it mainly because of the 360 hub! I have quite a few health issues and I've struggled with my older 2 boys and travel systems not being easy for me to use or push. The orbit has been amazing, I've not had to struggle changing from the carseat to the toddler seat or the bassinet. They spin effortlessly and aren't heavy, my back doesn't hurt from awkward angles trying to get my baby in and out and it looks amazing. I've loved this system for the last 6 months and I'll continue loving it for the next 2 years atleast. Thank you orbit for this amazing system, I wish it had been around (in the UK for my 2nd born) when my older 2 were babies!

I love everything about the car seat/stroller travel system. I haven’t come across one negative yet. I especially love the newborn foam insert for the car seat. It helps keep the baby in the right position and from slouching down. The swivel feature is my favorite and makes loading/unloading a breeze. This travel system is worth every penny!

I got this whole travel system over the summer for our 4th child and I can’t believe I have went thru 3 children with out this . The convenience of the car seat with the 360 turn I don’t have to go inside the car to make sure the baby is good . When going for a stroll just have him facing the side , so baby could enjoy the scenery . This whole system is great , comfortable , the merino wool keeps baby cool in the summer , going to update in the winter but so far baby has been really comfortable. And as far a durability ,looks and feels really sturdy. Is not too heavy , It’s compact fits well in the trunk of a small car (stroller and bassinet together) I recommend this

I absolutely love my Orbit Baby G5 car seat and stroller. The set up was super easy and it has been absolute dream to use. I love how it can rotate 360-degrees & it's super easy to change out the car seat for the stroller seat.. I have gotten so many complements on my G5 set. its honestly the best money I have ever spent. The only regret I have is that I didnt buy one a with my other 3 kids were born.
