We received our merino wool insert and couldn’t be happier with it. Our baby finds it much more comfortable evidenced by him staying in his car seat without fussing like he used to with the old insert. I was on the fence for a while but I’m glad we bought it.

The color is beautiful and it feels like it's quality, but the texture was as I expected for wool. It was a little on the scratchy side so I decided to return it. It didn't seem hot, just not as soft as I was thinking.
