The X5 accommodates all Orbit Baby seats. This includes the Stroller Seat, Infant Car Seat, Toddler Car Seat and Bassinet.
As each child's development is different, you should always consult with your pediatrician before using a stroller for jogging with your baby.
Subject to your pediatrician's advice, for jogging use, it is generally recommended that your child should be at least 8 months old.
In addition, only use an Orbit Baby seat that is rated for your child's age, weight, and height.

We have the regular stroller base, infant carseat, 2 bases, toddler carseat, stroller seat, all-weather canopy/shield for the stroller seat and just purchased the jogging stroller as well. Yes, it’s a lot of money- but SO worth it. Orbit products are made with the highest quality and comfort for baby taken into consideration! I bought one piece at a time to save on my wallet. And I don’t regret any of my purchases.

Is that I should have bought the bassinet while I was at it. I love this system so much! Orbit baby needs to design everything babies need. I’ve never had a baby love their car seat and stroller until now. The stroller runs smooth, opens and closes easily, and is super comfortable. The car seat and base are simple to use and make getting in and out of the car a breeze.
